Returns
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or arrives in a defective condition, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Wrong Product Sent: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will promptly send you the correct item and arrange for the return of the wrong one.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at contact@happydaze.in Once we receive the product from you, we’ll inspect it and let you know about the next steps.
Please allow us at least 7 days to dispatch your replacement product once we have received the defective product. In case of an exchange, no extra delivery charge will be applied.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the product, at the moment, we do not have a ‘return for refund’ policy.
